Email us from the address used for your Keystone account. Include your company name, workspace name and whether you use ScaffoldOS or CoreOS.

We will acknowledge your request by email and cancel the Square subscription. If your request arrives before the first billing date shown at checkout, you will not pay the first monthly charge. If that charge is collected before we process a timely request, we will refund it.
For an already-paid monthly subscription, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Your workspace remains available until that date unless you ask us to close it sooner.
Keep your confirmation
Your sent email is proof of when you cancelled. We will send written confirmation and tell you the date access will end. You can read the full Terms of Service or review our Privacy Notice at any time.
